Products Group's websites, including vtronics-antennas.com, shakespeare-marine.com,
shakespareproducts.com, shakespeare-antennas.com, shakespeare-ce.com,
shakespeare-electronics.com, and any others the company operates in support of
these sites. Other Shakespeare companies and Jarden Process Solutions companies may have their
own policies and procedures. This Privacy Policy Statement describes
information we collect about you over the World Wide Web, what may happen

- Information We Collect
A. Within our catalog, ordering, search engines, and
information request forms, we request your name, address, phone number,
and email address and other data pertinent to the fulfillment of your request.
B. If you are ordering products on
our Secure Server, we require some of this information and request additional
information such as billing address, credit card number and expiry.
- Our Use of This Information
We use the personal identity information
that we collect about you within the marketing and website maintenance
departments of our company to fill your requests for information and catalogs. If applicable,
we may also use it to verify your charge and purchasing information and authority, to fill
your orders for products and receive payment for them according to your
instructions, and to electronically deliver information to you that you
have requested (such as answers to technical support questions, etc.).
We use your email address, your mailing address, your fax number, or your phone number, to contact you
regarding Shakespeare and V-Tronix products
for which you have requested information, or regarding events such as
trade shows which relate to your interest. Our authorized dealers and distributors
may be provided this information as needed, to follow up your
requests. If you request information about Shakespeare or V-Tronix products,
your information may be forwarded to the appropriate company within the
Shakespeare Electronic Products Group via email, or by paper reports.
- Our Storage of Information About You
We store only the information we
might reasonably need to follow up your orders and requests. However, information may
be stored for a reasonable time in our computer systems. Information request form data
are purged when the requested catalogs are sent out; however, our sales managers,
webmaster, and dealer/distributors
may maintain data indefinitely for future followup by phone, email, or
fax, and for accumulation of website usage data.
- Who Has Access
Shakespeare Electronic Products Group
customarily limits information access to the people who have direct need for
the information, such as for filling orders, sending out catalogs, or answering
your questions about our products. In addition, the webmaster and web maintenance staff have access to all
such information.

Shakespeare Electronic Products Group
does not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you
to any third party outside our family of companies and dealer/distributors.
We do not supply your information to any third parties

lists, fax lists, or other data for use by anyone outside the Shakespeare
family of companies. However, for some product lines, we may forward your
information to our authorized dealers and distributors for fulfillment and followup
of your requests for catalogs and information.
Shakespeare cooperates with all law enforcement enquires. We can disclose information
about you and your use of our websites to law enforcement or other bona fide government officials
as we, in our sole judgment, believe appropriate.

To safeguard confidential ordering
information like credit card numbers, we employ industry standard measures
such as Secure Socket Layers and secure certified servers. However, "perfect
security" does not exist on the Internet.
Although we limit access to your information
and store only the information we might reasonably need, automated
backup systems can cause much more permanent storage of the information,
and we therefore cannot guarantee that all of your personally identifiable
